Admins should remain calm, collected, and professional in all interactions, whether with players or other admins.
Treat all players with respect, regardless of experience level, questions asked, or disagreements.
Admins must not show favouritism towards any player, tribe, or group. All actions and decisions must be made impartially.
When making decisions or issuing punishments, admins should always explain the reason to the affected player clearly and respectfully.
Admins are prohibited from using their powers to gain an advantage in the game, either for themselves or others.
Spawning resources, dinosaurs, or items for personal use; giving unfair advantages to certain players or tribes.
Items or creatures may only be spawned for special events or official server-wide events, not for personal or tribe use.
These commands should only be used to assist players in stuck/glitched situations or to address technical problems. They should not be used for personal convenience or to bypass game mechanics.
Admins are responsible for enforcing server rules consistently and fairly. Players violating server rules should receive a clear warning before any action is taken, unless the offense is severe (e.g., cheating).
Investigate all player reports promptly and thoroughly. Always gather evidence (screenshots, logs, etc.) before taking punitive actions such as bans or wipes.
Admins are encouraged to host server events to keep the community engaged. Ensure these events are announced well in advance and that prizes or rewards are fair.
Players may appeal bans through official channels. Admins must review appeals carefully, and any decision to overturn a ban should be based on evidence. Avoid discussing bans publicly to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
